How we process your personal data, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Data controller

To limit abuse (automated submissions), an anonymised, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept with your requests; the IP address itself is not stored.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the relevant hotel departments (reservations, front desk, sales and events, human resources) and for the technical providers strictly necessary (booking engine, site hosting, e-mail). It is neither sold nor transferred for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside Morocco
Some providers may process data outside Morocco. Such transfers are carried out in compliance with Law 09-08 and, where required, with CNDP authorisation.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, then deleted or anonymised. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Articles 7 to 9 of Law 09-08, you have the right of access, rectification and objection (including, without giving a reason, to the use of your data for commercial prospecting). To exercise them, write to contact@hoteldeauville.ma enclosing a copy of an identity document. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.
Security
The hotel implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure.
